I duno guys being at a camp ground don't you think that head have parking not really low car friendly? Has anyone been to this place. I mean I've been to tons of campgrounds in the past and all of them don't seem fitting for low or air cars. Just a thought.

This location is excellent, I scouted it last year when it appeared Shoup would do nothing and selected it for the "just-in-case" show I was willing to put on. Easy access to US 50, well-paved entrances, elevated so it will drain well if there is rain, should be large enough (if surrounding property is available). Excellent bathroom facilities, large areas of short-trimmed grass off the pavement. Only problem I foresaw then and foresee now is the possibility of traffic problems given it is at a crossroads with blinking light rather than a solid red. I think MSP and SHA can alleviate that though. Also, beer will probably be permissible, at least that was our plan. Large shaded areas too. Really very few negatives. It is further from OCMD than one would like, but the reduced time stuck in traffic should make it equal out.
They've hosted OC Bike Show events without issue, some VWs should be ok as well.
Shoup better have gotten the whole property though, because if campers are present, or if space is limited, this won't work.

If you don't like it, don't go. Dude works hard trying to secure a location for us to have the show. It's because of all the f*cking idiots that come with our crowd that ruin it for everyone else including the organizer. Just put yourself in his shoes. He basically has to find a new place every year because douchebags destroy their property and they don't want it to happen again. I appreciate the hard work he (and his associates) put into the show because it's the one definitive vacation I take per year and look forward to.
End rant.

Well, in all reality, that really isn't it. We were at Ocean Downs for over a decade because we fit their business model. When they became a casino and started moving huge sums of money fairly quickly, our revenue was no longer needed. Last year was last ditch by Jay. The weather ruined everything, including a large section of property. Now, we are at Fort Whaley. This relationship could last several years if necessary, though I'd still like to see property purchased instead.

Tons of property, particularly farmland, available very near OC at cheap prices. Issue is getting it zoned/rezoned/variance issued so that it can be used for this purpose. And that's where our behavior in years past hurts. If there's some thought that the property is getting used for us, local officials become a lot less likely to approve something.
