Posting for a family friend.

My friend Paul owns this 1999 VW Cabrio Highline. 2.0, 5spd manual. Drives and shifts butter smooth, with a minimal 89,257mi on the clock. It has a black exterior, Flint leather interior with working heated seats. It IS a power top, however the motor does not function - he has not been able to diagnose why. The convertible top has a slight tear on the driver rear corner over the frame. Otherwise this car is a STRONG runner, he bought it from the original owner. He is experiencing some difficulties and needs to recover what he has invested in the car.

I have driven this car, and it is TIGHT, aside from the minor top repair it needs nothing to be a daily driver.
