    2001 Passat won's start? Starter relay fuse, or starter?

    I'm new here and hoping my friends in the forum can help me. I went to start my 01 passat this morning and it kinda turned over sluggish like a light had been left on but started up. I chk all the lights and they were off. I shut the car off and tried it again and would not start? Had the battery checked at NAPA and tested fine. Could it be the starter switch relay? If so, where is it located at?

    Could it be the starter?

    Please help!
