I've been hearing a lot of reviews regarding SoloWerks Coilovers have that "squeaking" noise when going over bumps or what not.

For the ones that have different brand coilovers do you guys have the same problem?

I'm really considering purchasing coilovers but dont want that stupid noise on my car.

When you say ST's sorta... new springs?
Did you get rid of the seat at the rear and just have the spring sitting on the arm or is that not possible. I did this with my 07 mazda 3 for the extra 3/4 " of low

Do you have pictures of how much you notched? notching scares me

Warranty will be OK, but by notching your frame you are essentially totaling your car.

This If so make sure your perches arent "walking", make sure they are locked up, and if the are camber is adjustable make sure that is tightened up correctly and not moving either, this happened on my old car and it was throwing it off. Just check everything again if you did the alignment afterwards.

UH... Please define to Low? Because my understanding is the ST coils drop the front 34mm... 1 1/8" and the rear 58mm.. almost 2".

    Thats piddly.
My BC Racing coils on my Mazda dropped its 5" then i got custom springs etc... Total drop = 6.5"

Yes My local shop did Align the car after the coils but pulls to the right....

They told me alignment was good as per computer.....

They called me up today that they did another mk6 gli and had the same probl so was wondering if any body else with coil had that similar problem

Correct me if I'm wrong but those coils don't have caster/camber udjustments right? I think their bull ****ting bro, cause there really isn't a way to get a car with a non adjustable suspension to within factory peramiters. I think they just wanna save face!! IMO, I may be wrong, but pretty sure I'm not. I have a 2012 GLI Autobahn with fully adjustable coilovers and my car is allinged to almost exact factory specs. And it drives perfect and straight all the time, Sorry man I hope you get it worked out.

Not if you have State Farm. My 330i got a bend in the frame from my wreck and they refuse to total it.

    Assholes.

That's because your car is designed to be repaired after a wreck, hence the sub frame. Repairing it cost them less then totaling it! But yeah they all suck!!

Bend was in the actual unibody frame, not the subframe.
