Our first prototype B6/B7 Audi A4/S4/RS4 Solid Adjustable Rear Sway Bar is ready for testing!

After great success with our Audi TT RS Rear Sway Bar, we started development on an affordable, performance-minded rear sway bar upgrade for the B6/B7 Audi A4/S4/RS4 Quattro.

While the OEM RS4 Rear Sway Bar Upgrade is very popular, we feel that it leaves a bit to be desired in terms of performance. Combined with the rising price of Genuine Audi parts, we will soon have a much better alternative available.

What we ended up with is a bar that's adjustable from 100% to 124% stiffer than the stock B7 Audi RS4 Rear Sway Bar.

    Diameter:
    • Stock Non-S-Line A4: 16mm
    • Stock S-Line A4: 18mm
    • Stock S4: 20mm
    • Stock RS4: 22mm
    • 034Motorsport Prototype: 25.4mm

    Stiffness:
    • Stock RS4: 380 lbs/inch
    • 034Motorsport Prototype (Soft): 760 lbs/inch
    • 034Motorsport Prototype (Firm): 850 lbs/inch

    More details coming soon!

Testing Update 1: This bar is a lot more fun than the stock RS4 RSB.

On the soft setting, there is substantially less body roll, and the car's tendency to push is reduced. The car feels much more neutral and planted even when I'm not pushing it.

On the firm setting, you can actually get the car to rotate when you lift. The bar isn't too aggressive to the point of making you go sideways or backwards during spirited driving, but you can get the back to step out if you're trying.

The spherical end links are also great to get rid of the deflection and imprecise feel of the stock rubber end link bushings.

So far, I'm very happy with it, but we'll let a few others (including our very own race car driver, Christian Miller) get some seat time.

Keep your eyes peeled for a Group Buy once the design is finalized and production starts!

We actually just completed a rather large Group Buy over on Audizine: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showth...End-Links!-***

If you missed it, send me a PM, and I'll see what I can do for you.
