ok well i unplugged the alarm module thinking this was causing my no start problems (read on another forum that is an issue sometimes) nothing happened. but when i plugged it back in and hooked up the battery the alarm goes off and wont stop. ive tried the key in the door and the key in the ignition. and nothing works now like it used to..the power locks dont work now when they did before, the windows and cluster also dont work which i had working before

How bout the trunk lock?
try turning it off there. the alarm thinks its violated now. you need to turn it off, or satisfy the wiring for alarm delete. or fix the the door switch, and the alarm lockout circuit. Just read through the other thread briefly, you have to satisfy the trans interlock circuit from the auto setup, to the manual setup. Im sure the harness looks like spaghetti now though. You NEED a bently to trace it and solve it. I think you have multiple things affecting the starting circuit atm. Alarm and trans input. at least those two. That alarm is an oem dealer installed unit. Have the remotes?
