Well, my day got cut short but was still productive.

-Figured out the best location to have the WB bung welded into my spare DP
    -Got the intake cleaned/degreased
    -Installed the Oil feed line
-Drilled & Installed the oil return
    -Installed the pan
-Started to get a game plan for my post IC charge piping

I was looking for piping and found this set on ebay (http://www.ebay.com/itm/250958051953...84.m1497.l2649). I figured the quality may be crap based on the price, but I figured I didn't have much to loose. You could spend what they were asking on just a few t-bolt clamps and couplers. Anyways, I'm seriously blown away with this kit for what it cost ($90 Shipped). If anyone is in need of some piping for a custom setup, I'd highly recommend this.

Well, the exhaust manifolds are out, O2 sensors are out, and I'm just about ready to attempt the DP removal tonight or tomorrow night (Its hard finding time to work on the car during the week). There is now a glimer of light at the end of the tunnel

Yea, I'm actually going to lay out the piping and then have a custom pipe welded so I don't have any extra couplings. There's nothing wrong with the clamps....I'm not sure I'd be so confident at maybe running 20+psi, but I don't anticipate any issues. I've seen lots of people use standard worm gear clamps on these VF kits

T in from FPR run across right side of bay into that plastic case that covers all the wiring .. then pop out the back and go through the grommet that is there .. should pop out by your pedals

I'm not...that's not a good source in my eyes (Since that obviously controls fueling). I plan on "t-ing" off on one of the evap lines at the back of the manifold. I'll post some pics when its in.

On another note, I got my post intercooler charge pipe all cut and fitted to be welded. Wait till you guys see it! (2) 75* pipes and (1) 90*

Thanks! Yea, I use a sb-26 off camera and just bounce off the ceiling. It's amazing how much of a difference a flash makes

Intake painted and new DP in (well not installed, but physically in place) Anyone looking to change the DP, as many have said, YES the subframe MUST be DROPPED! (Not removed though...) The end of the tunnel is closer!!!

Why the DP needed to be replaced....

they are a biiiiiiiatch to polish up and since its directly bolted up to the intake mani you might as well keep it the same .. and will save you a ton of time too

    Throttle Body cleaned and painted!

    Little more polishing....

    Getting ready to go on!

Jumping the washer fluid sensor to prevent a dummy light...thanks Ray32!

Just a little gunk build up ...wonder which (3) I had already cleaned in this picture

Bought me one of these for $20 on ebay! Hope this makes loosening the lower SC bracket bolt easier when the car is back together...

Thats not bad, harbor freight sells some nice things... but dont ever buy an engine lift from there... i suppose i shouldnt of expected much more than a one time use for 230 bucks on sale.

But anyways, your build is looking very good. You are doing a lot of tasteful modifications, not just throwing the kit up on there. Someday I hope I can own a car as good looking as yours, lol.

BTW Your engine bay is too clean...
