I will say first even though I have read a fair amount I am still a noob. And if this has been covered I apologize.

I have had the V2 set up installed since the end of June, and I do love it. Coming from coils the convenience is just awesome.

    The issues I am experiencing:

I have the following on: Preset Maintain, and Rise on Start. Within the manual it states that when preset maintain is on it will never drop pressure, only put air in. However, while adjusting the rear end of the car drops (from usually around 100psi to 70psi at my drive height) and then raises back up. On a 30km drive it'll do it a couple of times. Depending on the weight of the car this will make it drag in the rear.
As well, from time to time the car will re-adjust and try to equal all pressures (for example, my fronts are usually 70psi, rears around 105psi). The car will try and bring the fronts to 105psi, every once and a while it will do this when the preset maintain kicks in.

2nd issue: The car never lowers in a smooth movement, always around 15psi at a time until it rests on the ground.

I have re-calibrated numerous times on different flat surfaces and used all adjustment settings from 1-6....all do just about the same thing.

This is not something that is a deal breaker for me, I still love the system...but if I can get this dialed in, I would be all smiles. Unfortunately so far I have had no luck.

Cheers to anyone that can help

    Car in question:

First issue sounds like an air leak so its dropping to 70psi and then the V2 is putting you back to your preset of 100psi.

BTW those pressures sound REALLY high to be driving at though?

    Hmm...having leaks makes sense.

About the pressures, I drive the car around on about a cup kit height (no worries is how i like it)...however, I cannot drive the car with the front under 60psi, and the rear tucks at around 80psi. The struts just seems to be suuuper soft (even on full stiff), and when im down that low it smashes off everything (at that height I am not even at my coilover height).

I didn't adjust my struts when I put them in, so the car goes quite high...however, I like it that way. I like being able to throw this thing sky high if i need to.

I don't mind that it doesn't drive low...but I listen to other locals with air and they seem to be driving around on 30-50 psi...I don't really understand why I am so high.

How old is your v2? My ecu had the original software since i purchased it when it was first released. I had similar issues as you which was fixed when jeremy from airlift reflashed my ecu at waterfest. Sounds like you need a reflash.

I ordered my V2 set up off ECS right before they released it (or at least to ECS, I had to wait a couple weeks...I ordered that in March).

Call airlift and see about getting your ecu reflashed. You will have to send them your ecu though which sucks.
