    I lost my instructions on how to read the codes and I can not find them anywhere online. I mainly need a diagram on where to put the jumper wires.

    This was a perfect reference for me. When connecting/disconnecting the jumper wire keep in mind that the check engine light will blink to show the codes after the disconnect, not the LED.
