FS Or FT: 97 Jetta GLS Supercharged !

Hey CL, I've gotta let go of my jetta due the financial situation . I Really love this car but I dont have the money to fix the last few things it needs to be up and running properly.

Pros:
-professionally painted flat black
-supercharged ! will pass smog with the serial cards (which I have) , 3rd gear hits 80 mph , the intake manifold, camshaft, and air filter have been swapped and i still have the stock ones that i will throw in.
-129,XXXmiles
-custom steering wheel with old wolfsburg emblem in the middle
-sits on fully adjustable coilovers
-gold xxr rims 521's i beleive ?
-new distributor cap and rotor
-new fuel filter
-brand new tires
-HID's
-Yellow high beams
-Fog lights
-custom muffler(its nice not too loud so u can still hear the supercharger winding)
-custom dashboard, interior lighting
-has a cool "Vento" Emblem on the trunk instead of it saying jetta, I guess vento means jetta in French ? Atleast thats what the previous owner told me

Cons:

-I bought this car about three months ago and i recently got in a little fender bender so the right front fender has a dent in it, and so does the rear right fender( its not too much mainly alot of scratches)
-no stereo, but is fully wired for a system
-gas wise it gets about 23 mpg on the street and about 28 to 30 on the freeway
-WINDOWS ! As any mk3 owner knows the automatic windows on these car suck and my car is no exception, the only windows that correctly work are the driver window and the rear right one, the other two are in the process of being fixed, somewhat, I beleive the motors have gone out, Im not exactly sure though

Thats about all I can remember at the moment, I really hate to let it go but I just need something to get me from A to B without any problems. Feel Free to shoot me offers, I am willing to trade for something mostly stock and reliable mainly. Please dont low ball me.

Vento is an EU thing, it doesnt mean Jetta, just what its called in Europe and possibly rest of world.
