Test Drove the rallaye one (think that's how it's spelled), Disliked it strongly for several reasons

cons
1. engine felt underpowered compared to what I'm used to
2. throttle response was some what laggy and once it did respond it was revving it's self up to 6k in no time.
3. car felt low to the ground but the seat made you feel up high
4. gas felt like it was positioned in an awkward way and the clutch felt like it wasn't even there

Pros
1. 8.4 touch screen interface was impressive And I liked how many things you could change about the car with just a couple of button presses, screen was very responsive and extremely easy to use
2. Interior felt nice and I liked the pattern on the seats.
3. rear leg room was impressive

All in all it was I guess and okay car but in no way shape or forum from the 25 minutes I spent in the car did I feel it was worth the 25k they were asking but maybe and extended drive I would have found other things That made it worth it but Idk.

This is pretty much how I felt. I just test drove a red Rallye model today. The vehicle felt very planted. I however feel power was good on the 1.4 MultiAir. I did not like the gray interior. That made it feel very cheap. Fit and finish was great though. I also looked at but did not drive the Limited model. The black interior looked amazing and fixed my complaints on the color. The leather felt great and the LCD screen in the cluster was very neat.

Overall I would definitely consider this car when I am looking for a replacement for my Golf. It really looks less awkward in person from the rear quarter view than it does in pictures. A very sharp little car!

I test drove a Limited the other day. I've been really thinking about trading for one, but I prefer the looks of the Rallye (but they don't come with all the goodies) and the R/T isn't out yet. The leather seats are way more comfortable than the ones in my Beetle. The digital instrument cluster is pretty cool too
