I have the AutoCAD drawings from cabby-info
We have a fab shop that we use at work for this kind of stuff, going to see if I can get a quote.
Anyone that has made these before, what kind of metal should I ask for them to be made from, and how thick?
The drawings have bends in them, do they bend "in" or "out" of the page?
The top baffle doesn't have any holes cut for mounting, is it secured using the radiator mounting brackets?
Also, do they fit onto a 2H with AC no problem?
Any pics of said baffles would be appreciated!
edit: i guess i can have a look in the engine bay for the bend directions.
1/16" stainless steel?

It's secured by sliding under the lip of the fan shroud, and fitting the cut-outs around the radiator mounting brackets.
I'd supply a better/closer pic, but Photobucket is being a PITA right now.
If need be, use this template:

Went out to take a pic of the left one I made, but it appears to have disappeared. I think I removed it to fine-tune it and have no clue where I put it.
I just used thin sheet metal found at Home Depot.

that's only about half a mm thick (0.019") but I should be able to cut the shapes out with snips.
Will that do it, or do I need something thicker?

Just went and looked at the leftovers... I used this stuff: http://www.homedepot.com/h_d1/N-5yc1...c#.UBg-InLhdhg . It's .0179" thick and it's pretty stiff stuff. I used tin snips to cut it out, drilled the holes and then Dremel'd the corners and holes round. Then, of course, finish it off how you desire; Brian and I painted ours.

I made one up using the template. It's a bit lose like it's not wide enough (front to back). PO had changed the radiator I'm guessing it's a bit thicker than the stock one. After doing that one in about 10 mins flat I'll have another go tomorrow just cutting a large piece and trimming till it fits. I'm hinking I'll get a bit of weatherstripping just to jam it in the fan housing gap a bit tighter.
Thanks for the pics!
