Thread: Exhaust cam mod

    I read a while back about someone who makes your exhaust cam actually runnable as a intake cam. Does anybody know this guys S/N on here? Still doing the exhaust cam mod? TIA.

    You can google it and it will pop up, I looked at it a couple weeks ago. Seems like the last post was from a couple years ago.

    no need of someone doing it for you, just cut the extension of the cam that drives the distributor , then install in the head and align the "dots" you are set to go, i cut mine with a bench top cutter, works really well , i dont know why he moves the dot on the cams and do all of these calculs, i always installed my 2 dots pointed at each others and never had any problem and i did it to at leat 5 cars.

    If the guy doing the modding to the cams changes where the gear is at to get it to work properly how could you say your works fine when it has to be ___teeth off. Anyways he was charging $100 and thats a screaming deal.
