Might be getting a new daily soon, yet still want to drive my mk2 in the summer. What is a good classic car insurance that will cover my car? Thanks

Good luck on that. Just phoned and unless you have a limited production car you may be out of luck. I tried calling on the TT because it's a summer only car with modifications and they said that unless I had the R8 they wouldn't insure it.

I've insured my 95 Jetta GLX with Lant Insurance under their Silver Wheels plan. I had the car appraised and they are covering the full amount for $348.00 for the year. Note that you MUST have another car as a daily driver. If you have further questions pls IM me.

Insuring my mk2 under classic, as long as the cars 15 years or older you shouldnt have any issues.

I put mine under Hagrety last october and that was the best thing I did.All you have to do is go on line and fill out all your info and you will get a price right there and then. That's how I set mine up and then they mail me out all the paper work.

I'm assuming this is for your MK2 as listed in your profile?

one possible issue. how old is the OP? you usually need to be 25+ to qualify for classic insurance.
