Leak?

Went to get a carwash today. Halfway through i felt my leg get wet and looked up and saw this.


It seems like a weird spot for a leak. There were no other places that were wet and i have literally never had a drop of water leak before, so im not sure why it would be so sudden. A few months ago i sat on the side of the interstate while a 1/2 mile away there was an f4 tornado crossing i65. The wind 80mph winds i got were shaking the car and rattling the windows while there was rain so heavy i couldnt see the hood of my car. Literally not a drop made it through. Im not sure why it would all of the sudden start pouring from the ceiling just from a normal car wash (which i have been through several times as well with no problems).

Btw, the water stains are from when i left my sunroof cracked at work and couldnt get out to it before it started to rain...

sunroof drain is most likely plugged up.
