I recently bought a 2000 gti glx vr6. I've owned a 74 super beetle for a year and have built it into a super cool ride. But now i ready to play with a real car, i.e. 2000 gti. my question for you is, what forums should a post my questions? questions relating to everything about the car, motor, suspension, body etc etc. thanks!
also, i live in tallahassee florida, any clubs or shops i should know about?

Are you posting via computer to VWVortex? If so here's a few links for you.
The mk4 forum is from 99-05. It's suited for all kinds of questions. Engine, suspension, ect...those guys can help out with most stuff. Warning though- most will hate anything you do to your car and will constantly barrage you with "lower it!" It's best if you just ignore those folks.

You can also get into more specific forums, called the Technical forums. It has all kinds of stuff- suspension, audio, interior- check it out! (I usually go there only when the mk4 forum can't help me with something)

Now for your engine stuff you can go to the 2.8 12v VR6 engine forum here> http://forums.vwvortex.com/forumdisp...6-Engine-Forum
Also, you'll probably want to know how to post pictures. To learn how to do that, go here> http://forums.vwvortex.com/showthrea...19#post2733540
It's a lot of info. Just take it slow and have fun man.
