Thread: Monsoon speaker dead

    Hey folks, i searched but didnt find exactly what i was looking for. All the speakers in my car work except the drivers door speaker and i dont know why. Its not blown or anything its just not emitting any noise at all.

    help is appreciated, thanks

    Try swapping the speakers. Check continuity of the wires from the head unit to the speakers. Reseat connectors on your amp. Just some thoughts.

    How exactly do you KNOW they are not blown?

    You can use a DMM to measure the impedance of the speaker or test if there's any output at the speakers, also if u don't have a DMM, you can do the switching game.
