well like the title says i need help of getting a genereal idea of the proper way to slamm my car. Ive heard of great paltes and have no idea od wth those are... But i would like to run wide tire and i was thinking of using raceland ultimo's for suspension. my suspension now is shot.and i have yet to find wheels that give me a woody for the right price lol... car build on a budget. i also heard about using the r32 oil pan on my 12v due to more ground clearance. i was also told to raise my motor???? dont really know how that would work out with hood clearance and what not. But yeman all convo is welcome i just really need some help on this. Thanks dubbers

really?? buy coilovers, turn them all they way down, begin to destroy your car. What do u mean by propper? not ruining suspension geometry? Different knuckles with extended balljoints, flipped tierods, skidplates for days, body armor, heavy duty strut mounts, lots of luck?

    wow.

you want racelands and wide tires.

sell your mk3 and just buy a mk4, no need to kill a vr6.

bfi motor mounts and euro image spacers will raise your pan above your subframe for about $200..then buy a nice set of coilovers and crank em down. if your on a budget, buy used h&r ultra lows or a set of used koni fully adjustables..my advice is skip the cheap coils

Don't start if you can't pay to play. No need for a sub-par build, save up some more money and do everything the right way with quality. Because you surely get what you pay for. Plus; if you do it right the first time you dont have to do it again.
...And there are plenty of builds and articles you can read to collectively learn what you need to do.
