Thread: Shipping a Car

Not sure which forum to put this in, but please have pity on a newbie

Just wanted to hear from you all as to how you ship a car when the need arises? I've used a few companies before with poor results (no I wont mention their names). I finally I used United Routes and they did the job the was it was supposed to be done. On time and for a great price. I cant see myself using anyone else

HOWEVER, they only do domestic USA transport. Anyone know/have experience shipping to/from Europe? I'm looking at a specific vehicle in Germany which I'd like to buy. But I'm worried about the shipping.

If you don't mind me asking what was the distance and price for size of vehicle also. I'm trying to ship my 89 Bronco from CA to CT and one shipping company already stole a deposit of 250. they they claimed they tried to pick it up and we were there all day that day....called BBB and couldnt get money back...forget company...gf has info somewhere. So lame how someone can just steal money like that
