So I recently acquired a Rabbit Diesel....finally. Its an 82 4 door diesel L 5-speed. Its got just over 106,000 miles on it. Exactly what I wanted!!
Its a very solid car from what I can tell! The previous owner had the head rebuilt and the injectors replaced recently so hopefully it will be maintenance free for awhile, and also had a Techtonics (?) exhaust put on. It sounds good but its a little louder than my liking sometimes.
I don't have any big plans for now, just driving it around for awhile. There really aren't any plans to change anything for awhile. Eventually I'll be looking for some older weaves, after I get the car and school payments figured out.... Right now all I need are a few odd interior pieces, so if anyone has tan interior pieces they would seel let me know! On to pictures....
