How do I know if the oil cooler has a leak or clogged or if the seal is bad? And will it matter if the oil cooler was loose? Lmk. Thanks

You need to remove the oil filter then the cooler to inspect the seal. When installed properly, the seal is sandwiched between the oil cooler and the engine block. The seal attaches to two tangs on the oil cooler to keep it in place when you are installing the oil cooler to the engine block.

its leaking internally, will happen over time,
replace it and flush the cooling system, i usually run the car with dawn soap() to help break down the oil in the system flush the system and in 1000 miles flush it again.

To remove the oil and oily residue from your engine's cooling system, you need to fill the system with water and add a cleaning agent. I've been trying Simple Green in my system. However, you may use any type of detergent as long as it is low sudsing.
Currently, I'm using two cups of Simple Green in my system.

exactly, dawn soap is one of the best at breaking oily substance down i have found, we actually keep a large bottle at the shop for this reason.

New problem changed the oil cooler and put some dawn soap. But now there's black smoke when its too lean and white smoke when its on the rich side. Is this normal? I was thinking its burning the old milky oil. And for some reason my blow off valve has I long high pitch now. Lmk thanka

Blow-off valve?
Now would be a good time to post up a complete mod list, as well as your definition of "rich", "lean", and a better description of the amount of smoke.

I can't describe what I got internally cause I got it used. All I know is that there's a Turbo system and a computer w/LCD programmer inside the car and there is also another a switch to control the gas and air mixture. Other then that Idk. I wish I built the motor so I had more understanding.
