How Do I remove the Green Plug from the Transmission? Do I need a special tool?

What's the best way to time the Crank shaft if the pulley marks are off?

Long screwdriver and a small hammer. Tap it in the counterclockwise direction to break it loose, then unscrew it by hand.

The stock lug wrench should also fit.
