"It's called 'Days of Future Past'," he told the site. "It deals with aspects of that comic, but also some very new things."
The comic book storyline, "Days of Future Past" ran in "Uncanny X-Men" #141 and 142 way back in 1981 during Chris Claremont and John Byrne's run and introduced the idea of an alternate future for Marvel's mutants that grew out of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants killing an important senator, leading to a future where all mutants are hunted by Sentinels.

wolverine is hugh jackman! its like having tony stark without robert downing jr. if they are replaced, we just wouldnt be able to get passed the new face regardless of how badas$ their story is.

Don't forget back in X3 they did a Danger Room scenario in the beginning with the Sentinels that was very Days of Future Past-ish.

Yeah, I remember that. Can't wait to see more info about this one.

Rebecca Romijn had a way better body than Jennifer Lawrence as Mystique. Disappoint.

I didn't really like X-Men: First Class, something about it just didn't resonate with me (and the awful, awful acting of January Jones didn't help matters). But with the sequel getting Stewart, McKellan, and Wolverine, yeah I'll be in line!

I love both versions of Xavier and Magneto, and both versions of them in one movie? Hell yes! Wolverine, Bryan Singer, this may be awesome!

Really looking forward to this. I'm kind of in love with Jennifer Lawrence as of late.
