Need help. Auxiliary/Secondary fan

02 MV. 80k miles. Secondary or auxiliary fan...whatever u call it...problem is it comes on all the time. Van might have only been running 2-3min and it starts running very fast for short bursts. Does it in hold and cold situations. Any ideas appreciated

I'd say disconnect the wire connector and see what happens (if the fans quit switching on).
