Did you contact Giles or the diesel shop in Garner? You should also have some Bosch diesel shops closer to you, but the one in Garner is known to be good, as we've used them before.

want to rebuild all four, cant find a solid website that looks good. anyone knows of a place local in NC, or a good online site please let me know
the shortest distance between two points is under construction

I've had to 'rebuild' mine several times since i've got my car. It's not horrible hard, just have to be patience and make sure you THOROUGHLY clean everything. I had a needle in one of my injectors break before while i retorqued the halves together. I never calibrated mine, just wanted it to run so i could drive the damn thing. Haven't had any problems for nearly 10,000 miles now. Couldn't get the halves to seat properly the first couple of times through. I also soaked all the parts in ATF over night just for some reassurance.

I just buy new nozzles for mine, and keep the existing shims. ~ $11 each.
Rebuilt ones are $30 w/ core exchange.

i remember someone over on the homefront (vwdiesel) is running prothe injectors, and they start/run.. no word on the break pressures, or anything like that.. but they do run.. Originally Posted by Rockerchick
