Golf VII To Debut September 4

Contrary to reports that we'd have to wait until the Paris show a few weeks later, this source claims September 4 is the day.

I'm really hoping that we get some "official" pics before then. VW has done a good job keeping this thing under wraps though.

From what I've read, this new report (on a few different sites) claims that official photos will be released on the same day as this event. I guess these will be our 'early' official pics, since Paris will be the more official debut.

It especially seem quite these past few weeks, probably in preparation for the Paris auto show.

Jamie mentioned this a few weeks back; Die Welt also reported it a couple of days ago based on the invitation to the presentation in the Neue Nationalgalerie.

Production is reported to start this Monday.

They've done a good job keeping the final product under wraps, so far. Looking forward to seeing it, and some real discussion here.
