username change - two requests, no reply, no name change, what gives?

I've requested a name change twice but haven't received a response and I'm not sure why. I've read the rules and it appears my name change complies with the rules....but I don't get a response to my PM request and the name hasn't been changed. What am I doing wrong? Is there an issue with my request that is so severe that my request doesn't warrant a reply?

I sent you this request on 4/23/12 and received no response.

The username "Taran" isn't currently taken, my current username begins with the letter "A", so I believe you are the correct admin to contact.

I've never been banned, requested a name change, or received any infractions before; nor have I ever had any aliases.

and i have seen him on quite a few times... met the same criteria as stated in the rules. no infractions no issues no nothing...
