I have a 2002 1.8T Jetta and sometimes when I turn a corner the trans seems to go into Neutral, also sometime when slowing down (usually at 20MPH) the trans downshifts (harshly) and refuses to up shift until RPM's are about 4k. I have checked fluid level multiple times and I replaced all solenoids about 3 months ago. Is it possible that I have a bad solenoid? and if so which on do I go for? I also should mention that when it down shifts I have tried moving the shifter over to the manual gate and then tried to up or down shift and it will not it just stays in "3" according to the cluster, I have checked for DTC's and the only one I have is a p0411 for the secondary air system.

Any ideas or troubleshooting steps would be greatly appreciated.
