    APR has an opening in the tech support department at the Opelika, AL headquarters. Primary responsibilities include fielding tech support calls and emails from customers and APR Dealers pertaining to APR products and APR Dealer tools/processes.

    Applications must have excellent communication skills as customer support and satisfaction is an underlying principal behind the APR Customer Experience.

    Applicants must also have excellent analytical, diagnosis and troubleshooting skills with an intimate knowledge of Volkswagen and Audi vehicles. An enthusiast with previous experience and knowledge of the APR product line is a plus.
