I am selling a volcano red 2002 Jetta GLI VR6, 6-speed manual, with 156k miles (mostly highway). Having trouble posting pics but if you respond to thread I will email them to you.

One owner. No accidents. Super-fun to drive. Which you probably already know.

The car has the usual wear-and-tear you would expect after ten years of use but overall is in good condition and runs great.

Basic info:
V6 engine
6-speed manual
Power windows
Sunroof
Bose sound system with CD player
Heated leather seats
17-inch alloy wheels
Everything works -- except the in-dash lights for the AC and heat dials for some reason

I've put a number of new parts into it in the last two years:

-new AC compressor (2012)
-new battery (2012)
-new rear brakes with rotors (2012)
-new clutch assembly (2010)
-new catalytic converter (2010)
-PA inspected til January 2013
-I will also throw in a barely used Thule bike rack ($250 a few years ago)

The car is ten years old and has some wear-and-tear:

-some dings, paint chips, etc. from rocks on the highway or people opening their door into it
-faded paint on door handles and side mirrors
-the VW emblem is in the car, but not attached to the front – someone rolled into the front of my car in a parking lot a few weeks ago. The damage is minor but the emblem came off.
-leather on drivers’ seat shows more wear than other seats
-some marks on backseat (will probably come off with elbow grease)
-top is off armrest & handle off glovebox – I have all the parts, just don’t know how to fix them myself
-rugs in front seats are pretty shot

$5500.
I’m in the Philadelphia area.
