How did the paint chip on one of the wheels after only 2 summers of use?

Used these for 2 summers. Three are in 9/10 condition. The paint has chipped a bit off the fourth. No curbage at all.
These are very lightweight. I believe they are 18lbs or so.Last edited by JCS-2.0T; 11-16-2012 at 10:50 PM.
