Just testing the water to see if there are any running Caddy's out there for sale or trade? Not looking for anything show stopper status. It would serve me as an occasional home depot runner and standby set of wheels in case the mk3/mk4 need some down time. Ive got a MK2 Scirocco that might be a candidate for a trade, but just wanted to reach out and see what someone might have.

    Thanks

Wow, that is a nice one! I dont know if I could justify hauling building materials in the back of that one though

Nah that truck is not in good condition. I went and test drove it, it's pretty torn up. In the pictures it looks great but in person it's torn up pretty badly. The speedo does not work, there is a crazy noise coming from the passengers front end, the relays fell on my foot the whole time I drove it, the linkage is torn up and it's hard to get into gear, no blinkers, no heater core, it overheated when I test drove it, there is literally no suspension in the back, cut springs in the front, there are tons of holes drilled through the bed, and it rides like a ghetto low rider. The owner bought it for $2500 and is trying to sell it for $4100. This truck is worth maybe $2000. And good luck trying to get ahold of the owner. I tried to set up times to come take a look at it multiple times and the guy flaked out a bunch. When I finally got to go check it out I was heavily disappointed because the pictures looked so nice, but it's nothing like the pics in person. Maybe this truck was nice at some point, but not anymore! Waste of my time!
