battery died remote wont unlock all 4 doors

so this my first post, i own a 2002 jetta 1.8t, and the other day my wife let the battery died she got a jump star and now the remote wont unlock all my doors only the front ones, how do i fix this?

If the battery goes dead or is disconnected some times takes a to restore all the functions like locks and auto windows. Do they unlock from the button on the door?

they do unlock from the button on the door and with the key just not with the remote
