Hi everyone!
First of all, sorry for my english cause I'm spaniard
I have an A3 sportback from 2005 which originaly has halogen headlights from factory.
Recently I have upgrade it with OEM bi-xenon (without AFS) headlights. All done and working OK.
Afther that I have also installed the OEM aLWR system. And here is when my problem began...
After the phisycal installation I conected my vagcom (10.6) to calibrate the auto leveling lights system, and I followed these instructions:
- Enter module 19 can-gateway and activate at byte 0 the xenon-range bit --> code was accepted
- Then I go out and tryed to enter module 55 xenon range --> after 3 trys, I got error 1100 no response from module.
I have checked the connections wires with a tester and everything seems OK... Any idea of the problem?
- Could it be a faulty aLWR module??
- Should I neet to upgrade the vagcom version??
Thanks in advance for any response!![]()

Of course... Here you are...
Note: Please, don't pay attention about the NAV and Radio errors, they appear since I upgrade from chorus II to RNSE some time ago, also the steering assist error is the one that apears after reconecting batery):
