Sunroof malfunction?

Ive tried a search but came up with nothing.

My sunroof will vent open and close by its self randomly while driving. Has anyone else had this issue?

Same problem occurs with my girlfriends 08 Passat. She said the dealership couldn't duplicate the issue, and when asked me about it I just laughed, shrugged my shoulders and said its probably just loose wiring. Now that its been happening to my .:R I'm very concerned (selfish, I know).

Any input?

it happens to my .:R from while to while (5-10 times in 18 months) and still cannot figure it out. for a moment thought it may happen when i close the sunroof by remote key but seems i was wrong since it did it today out of nothing

I've had it close at times that appear random, but never open and not while driving.

I also have the rain-sensing closure enabled, so I figured it just mis-diagnosing something on the windshield as moisture while the car was off.
