Its considered a life time filter but its typically sold as on unit with pump. If your parts guy is good he will notice it can be ordered separate now even though originally it wasn't that way.

Do you happen to have any details on that? Part number? How to install? I imagine you still remove the fuel pump, but then separate the filter somehow?

I have no parts numbered and never really paid that much attention I was doing it at the dealership. It just unscrews once you remove the pump assembly.

You wouldn't change it unless your in tank fuel pump died. It is a very common setup in the 2000s to current.
The first line of defense is You. H&R springs Bilstein sports APR stage 1, maybe exhaust on the way.

like said above its in the tank attached to the LPFP to change it you would need to change the LPFP bc they are one unit.

OK, guess I won't worry about it then. Interesting that it has the same setup as my Honda motorcycle.

It changed from my experience back in 2010/2011. When I worked a dealership a LPFP was ordered and it didn't come with a filter. So had to order a filter cause we didn't know one could order it separate a first.
