I have sent a deposit to a Member, "gti extrem" for a transaction, and since he collected the (PayPal) deposit, no longer responds. I did NOT expect this to happen, in this forum. He joined July 20th,2010, Located in Cleveland, Ohio, Posts: 497, Vehicles: 98 Vr6 gti.
What do you recommend I do? I have been polite, patient, and even direct. He has quit responding. The transaction was posted as: "fs .$125.00 selling a mint 98 gti vr6 blk hatch 100% solid" His post even says he sold the hatcback to snow fox.

I need help, and at least a phone number. Shame on me for not getting that. I presumed this was a fine community and could trust the transaction. I want the parts (hatchback, rear wiper, two horns and dash mini-bulbs). I hope ""gti extrem" is okay, and not having health problems of some sort and can't reply.

    Best regards.

Our policy is that all transactions in our classifieds section are purely between the two parties involved in the transaction.

If you believe that you're being scammed, the thing to do is get in touch with the proper law enforcement authorities and get the ball rolling that way.
