Im posting this up because of a horrible experience i had.

    i have a 2011 JSW TDI, 6spd

i ordered a set of FK Konigsports, and the rear springs are not right.

i was wondering if anyone that bought coilovers for this car, had some bad experiences with coilover rear springs?

My FK springs, bent and almost left me stranded on a 12hr road trip.... i think there should be a different spring for our cars, due to the additional weight of the rear.

    any thoughts?

    Vic.

If you are using a kit for a GOLF they are incorrect. You need a kit from the MKV Jetta sedan or an A3.
Revo Tune / afe Intake / Neuspeed Turbo Exit Pipe / Mufflerectomy / ST Coils / Golf R Steering Wheel & Shifter / DG Short Shift Kit / RNS-510 / MKV R32 Brakes Front & Rear / Euro Golf R HIDs / Nurburgrings / S53 Whispbars

I am running FK Silverlines on my JSW with no issues at all, but I did make sure to order the correct ones.

the topic could be "SportWagen suspension = mk5 Jetta (NT)". There wouldn't need to be any text.

    you guys are all funny

i did order the right ones. but im telling you that even the correct ones, didn't work properly

unless the FK springs that i got were faulty, i don't know.

    i ordered kit...
    FKKKVW43

    that use rear springs
    FK99/HA2

the rear's were returned to ECS, and they sent me back the same springs.

All I can say is that they likely aren't designed for the MKV Jetta / Sportwagen even though ECS might think they are.

my suggestion.. contact FK, give them your part number, ask if it's for a mk5 Jetta or for a mk5/mk6 GTI/Golf. If you got the wrong part.. get ahold of ECS. If you got the right part, get ahold of FK again
