Help with knock sensor wiring..

I have a motronic 16v that has been really ****ty lately. It's definitely being "retarded". I checked the knock system today and the bentley said to check for 1 ohm max between ecu pins 6 & 8 with the ign. ref. sensor jumpered at pins 1 & 2. It had no continuity but I'm not sure where to go from there. I'm unsure exactly which wire this means is bad. The sensors are new.
