Are TSI's plagued with failing PCV's like the FSI's? I did some research and some said absolutely not because they're now forged opposed to plastic, but I don't know how valid this is. I just want to make the PCV is not the cause of my issue. I really havent noticed any excessive oil leakage, but am Just curious, thanks.

Mine has been replaced under warranty, along with the entire intake manifold.

We do have a high failure rate with the I.M.s, but are PCV is NOWHERE near as bad as the FSI engine. Those cars damn near REQUIRE an aftermarket pcv solution.

I have replaced both my PCV and my Intake manifold on my TSI.

Since my car is an 09, there has been several revisions of the PCV since the original my car had.
