    First Mod....suggestions please

    Debating what my first major mod should be....

    I'm trying to do a quick but noticeable build in hopes of getting into CES as a demo car....

    Should I get my suspension done first- coilovers or air suspension then move onto wheels and finish with a S3 bumper kit and finish with audio....

    Not sure really where to start but i wanna start somewhere...any help is appreciated

    I was going to suggest APR ECU reprogramming, but I noticed in another thread that you mentioned that the car is a TDI and you won't do that for at least six months.

    I don't know how well it works with the TDI (and reports are few and far between because it's a new mod), but I think it's HUGELY worth it for the 2.0TSI that I have.

    Anyway, suspension's always a good place to start for sure - let us know how it works out!

    First mod = sell your A3 and buy a cabrio.

    Coilovers + Spacers, yup.
    Lower the better- i was opting for air since some of the basic kits are running roughly the same price as the coilover kits

    APR Tune!!!!! I just got mine and it makes the TDI totally amazing :-)

    And also get VCDS cable... you'll love it.
