Had a little brain storm a couple weeks ago when it was nice and hot and my attic gable vent fan was dead. Had planned on getting a solar fan for a while now but they are a bit expensive. started pricing panels and fans alone then had a brain storm, i have a small powerful 12V fan. Still had a spare rad fan from the RC51 in the garage so why not give it a try. ordered a 85w, 5 amp solar panel and controller. Got everything installed and running monday cooking myself in the attic. sorry no better pics of it installed but wasnt thinking while up there.

and yes thats speaker wire but was just for testing before permanently
