    T4 Top Gear review circa 1990

    Never saw this video before that I can remember.

    Note on the earliest T4s (before they arrived in Canada for the 1992 model year and in the US for the 1993 model year) the location of the badging on the tailgate...the "VW" roundel and the model badge are much higher up on the hatch.

    Wow, Top Gear sure was a dull show twenty years ago. Feels like I'm watching Motorweek. Thanks for sharing the find.

    Dull but I guess more informative. I quit watching Top Gear UK because it started to be more about Clarkson and his bit of arrogance than about the vehicles, and the various challenges became rather sophomoric. Entertaining to a point, yes, but far less informative.

    Funny, I thought Top Gear UK was about how lame Clarkson's drifting skillz are, yo...


    Thanks for the link, Matt, that was a nice trip back. Sort of reminds me of the VW video that came out with the '93s.. Remember that one?
