Well, not a real pick-up truck, it's clear from the picture that this used to be a station wagon at one point, but still odd nonetheless. I was only able to grab one picture of it and wanted to share.

the cab itself is interesting. It is clear that the doors are still the original benz doors. even the roofline above the doors is the same. So all that really got welded on is the rear of the cab+glass.

I'm not entirely positive but I think the rear window came from a Chevy Colorado or GMC Canyon.
