Hey guys, i was the one of the people earlier who were having surging issues. I believe i have it under control for the most part now after tinkering with my EBC to slow down the onset of the boost. You will see a little bit of it in my WOT logs.

    the setup:
    Tial GT3076r .63
    2.5 hotside, 3" cold side
50mm (i believe) Tial BOV, 38mm tial WG
007 intake manifold with 80mm TB on a built AEB, stock cams
1000cc injectors, 255lph in tank and 255lph inline. Aeromotive adjustable FPR

I was hoping maybe someone could take a look at my logs and tell me what they think

    Here's a cold start log.
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...ERkVRN3c#gid=0

Here's a bit of city driving shortly after that cold start (on my way to work, fairly cool temperatures)
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...5VFBSSXc#gid=0

    Here's 2 WOTs. one of them i went from 3rd to 4th.
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...xQUUyMHc#gid=0
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/...FaXFjNmc#gid=0

This last one is a new issue ive developed. It's weird, if im coming to a rolling stop and i pop it into neutral the rpms will dip down way past my idle (900ish) and stall out. Other times it'll dip to the same level then recover and shoot back up to like 1500rpm and settle at 900rpm. This log here shows it dying. Any ideas? It's getting old fast. No changes to hardware or software before this happened.

    Thanks in advance.

Just a quick look of the first WOT. Its a hair lean on the first log. .82 lambda is 12/1. Its OK I guess but more people would rather see at least in the 11's a hair.

Your AFR seems to wander a bit. I'd ensure that you don't have any exhaust leaks.

Your Boost request has a really weird dip in it even though your foot was to the floor. I wonder if something's going on that's causing the programming to want to steal boost from you.

Holy crap your boost hits like a freight train!

Thanks for your input guys. Are there any other logs I can do to see what's going on to make boost act like that? I've been playing with my ebc to try and slow down the onset of boost iny attempts to fight compressor surge

    Seafoam test for exhaust leaks.

I prefer logging manually myself. Sometime I use the maestro logger but in blocks 3, 20, and 31 all the info you need for checking a WOT pass. Unless your diagnosing a problem between those 3 you get rpm, throttle angle, ignition timing, maf if being used, knock in all 4 cyls, and fuel requested and actual. Pretty much all you need unless diagnosing issues. Cheers
