Well your talking about two different cars, two different engines and wiring and all the other small things. My guess would be no, it wouldn't be a DIRECT swap. It could be done, as anything can be done with enough money and fabrication/modification

Does anyone know if the s4 six speed is a direct swap in place of the tip?

they are not the same
the car is on an inclined driveway and up on jack stands in the front onlyMaster L1 ASE certifiedVW's don't leak oil, they just mark their territory!
