F*cked up ecu 100%.
Find one on ebay or the junkyard with the same part number, and then you need to have the immobilizer defeated so you can actually start your car when you put the new one in.

After installing my TBE, i probably grounded my o2 sensors which for what i have read it fried my ECU...
I got the following codes:
00532 Supply Voltage
----
01314 Engine Control Unit
---
17501 p1173 Angel Sensor 2 for throttle valve drive-g108: Signal too High
----
p1634 accelerator pedal position sensor 2-g185: Signal too High
-----
18039.p1631 throttle body position sensor switch -C- Circuit:
From all i have reviewed and read i guess i did burn my ECU/ECM... now my question is how expensive is this part?
I have a 2004 1.8t GLI blue lagoon so idk if its 2004 or 2004.5 (sorry im not that aware if they have a different ecu/ecm)...
I know for fact ill have to change my o2 sensors to make sure and maybe change the o2 wiring harness. which will be around a total of 220$
but then ECU... Any input? on good ebay ecu's or something?
Thank you, Andres

check the plug that attaches to the throttle body, mine was loose and I was having similar symptoms and codes... I thought it was the ecu until I was that and replaced the plug with one that clipped on correctly

here is the thing, I installed TBE from 42dd Saturday. that same night i took it out for a good 40 mile drive, the car was fine except some rattling which I was going to fix the next morning.
I went and next morning I turned the car on and had the EPC + ESP light + CEL went up. Rough idle from 900 - 1200 rpm and a unresponsive gas pedal.
after trying many things i took out the TB and the sensor right next to it. Cleaned them real nice and carefully the thing looked nice just some carbon on it.
when installed it i turned it on and the same lights... went up. and as before same iddle and the car is running rich which i guess its because its on total LIMB mode.
I dont wanna start buying parts without knowing what went wrong. cuz if i burn another ECU i might as well burn the car
