RNS 510 issue with firmware

I've been having issues related to satellite radio since updating mine from version 1040 to 1140. I'm getting one of three errors every time I start the car, but only if the radio was left on a Sirius satellite station - Errors: 1) Antenna Error, 2) GCI Update, 3) Updating Channels.
I want to go back to 1040 but I can't seem to find anyone with 1040 available to download. Does anyone have one available or know how I can get my hands on one?-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
