    Did anyone get a full tank of gas when they purchased their 2012 passat?

    Yes, I did..... the guy I dealt with took it across the street to the Shell station and filled it up.

    Yes, I had just filled up my trade and said a full tank was part of the deal.

    I had my doubts, but my new vr6 sel Passat came with a full tank. Little things like this do make a difference.

    nope - but that because it had to ship across the pond. given that it was $800 off msrp, i wasn't grumbling, but it would have been nice to get a reimbursement offer for the first tank.

    Well I must be bl**dy greedy, I always ask for a Full tank on delivery & another at my 1st service..Plus at least 2 free services after the initial 30 or 90 check..on say a Ford or a Hyundai.
    So with Hyundai's I have never paid for a service over the last 5years, with my ex Ford the dealership offered Free services for whilst I owned the car.

    I wanted the car yesterday so when I got it with 30 miles on it and maybe a half of tank. I walked in around 4 in the afternoon and the following day at 2:00 the car was in my hands. I work right across the street from the dealer so I did no paperwork at the dealership. The salesman walked back and fourth with papers for me to sign and my license and what not. And I work for my father at his gas station so he filled it up for me I guess as a gift for my first brand new car, because when I went to pay, he took care of it.

    Yes Full tank of Diesel which i drove 852 Kilometers on before having to fill for $64.50. Dealer was not asked just delivered with full tank...nicew!
