What do you guys think of these two watches?

I have an Amazon gift card ($80) and wanted to get something with a blue dial.

I am not really that knowledgeable with watches, but want something fairly nice.

Taste is personal, so buy whatever style you want to look at.

As for Skagen, I think they are a good watch and would say they are a good value.

I have a skagen... if you want a low profile watch that will easily fit inside a dress shirt they are among the best

What about the Seiko 5? I absolutely love mine. Plus, its an automatic.

I really do like the look of that first Skagen that you posted though.

I just bought my wife one and she loves it. She isn't a watch wearer, but she is a teacher and needed a watch. Light-weight, good looks, and low profile.

my father has several and loves them. I like a larger watch, so his seem way to thin and frail to me. On the flip side, he thinks some of my Invicta watches are cartoonish so we are even. He has never had and issues with any and some are several years old if that helps.

I really like the first one you posted also, I may have to pick that up this weekend.

I have the second Skagen you posted, but with a black perforated leather strap, in my opinion looks 10x better than the mesh band. I really like this watch, I have small wrists so the slimness works for me, and its light weight. I actually fell asleep with it on last night. Woke up this morning and almost forgot I had it on before i stepped into the shower.
